Triax-OL Responses File



All responses will be two ASCII bytes. All responses end in an ASCII code 13.

00 = Complete with no errors

This response is the most common response to all commands. In the case of a movement type command, this means the movement was started successfully. If a non-“00” response code is required for the move, it is set as the response code for the first command after the movement has stopped.


01 = Acknowledged command but motion in progress

A move is in progress, but the command is of a type than can be executed during a motion and there were no issues executing the command.


02 = Move command cannot execute during motion

A move is in progress, and another move cannot be executed until the first move is completed.


10 = Motion stopped before completion due to Halt Request


11 = Motion timeout (not home)

The system without optional research potienometer is open loop but if the controller doesn't complete the motion in a timely fashion then this error returned.


12 = Motion stopped before completion due to release of foot and/or finger


13 = Did Not Finish Movement Due to Safety String Fault

Safety string includes the emergency stop on the frame. The pedestal has a load cell that activates if almost any weight is on the pedestal. There are two panels in the front and possible two on the rear that also form the safety string and must be present before the chair will move. The patient loader, if installed, must be clear of the chair before motion can occur. The lap and leg belts are also part of the safety string.


14 = No motion due to UPS not connected to AC power

Only motions to home, load or canal neutral will function.


15 = No motion executed due to absence of Pre-move Signal



16 = No motion executed due to open Safety String

17 = No motion executed due to Halt Request

If the patient halt request is turned off, then this response will not be seen.


18 = No motion executed due to Foot and Finger not being pressed.



19 = No motion executed due to axis or axes not being homed.



20 = Command not recognized

41 = Home Timeout

60 = No paired Bluetooth device



61 = Error executing Bluetooth command



63 = Bluetooth disconnection failure - LINK_LOSS----lose the connection



64 = Bluetooth disconnection failure - NO_SLC----No SLC connection



65 = Bluetooth disconnection failure - TIMEOUT----disconnection timeout



66 = Bluetooth disconnection failure - ERROR----disconnection error



70 = Bluetooth status - “INITIALIZED” ----initialized status



71 = Bluetooth status –“READY” ---- ready status



72 = Bluetooth status -“PAIRABLE” ----pairable status



73 = Bluetooth status -“PAIRED” ----paired status



74 = Bluetooth status -“INQUIRING” ----inquiring status



75 = Bluetooth status -“CONNECTING”----connecting status



76 = Bluetooth status -“CONNECTED”----connected status



77 = Bluetooth status -“DISCONNECTED”----disconnected



78 = Bluetooth status -“UNKNOWN”----unknown status



80 = Patient Loader not installed
